Ladies Rugby Recruitment at Melrose

The Melrose Ladies have been going for 10 years and has managed to force its way back up into the premiere division.
We have managed to pull a team together for the start of this season but are now struggling for numbers on a Sunday Afternoon.

Beginner or veteran you will be welcomed. We have players ranging from 17 years of age to (lets say) early 40s; So never say you are too old! (It's just an excuse!)
There are also players from all over the Borders and the Lothians; places like Gala, Hawick, Lauder, St. Boswells, Earlston, Edinburgh, Penicuik, Peebles and even Oxton!

There is also a fantastic social side that comes with playing for Melrose. There is usually a lot of banter before, during and after matches; as well as at training. There are also arranged days/nights out occasionally.

We train on a Tuesday evening 7pm-8.30pm and we play our matches on a Sunday afternoon, usually 2pm kick offs.

Training starts back in the New Year on the 3rd of January. The perfect way to get rid of those holiday pounds!
